Identity GRC has a powerful multi-format report engine.

More than 80 reports are provided out-of-the-box thus enabling you to conduct analysis and reviews as soon as the Entitlement Ledger is fulfilled.

Thanks to Identity GRC’s reports you will:

• Measure data quality
• Identify naming issues in all the Entitlement Ledger objects.
• Identify account issues (orphan accounts, inactive accounts, ghost accounts, shared accounts…)
• Perform periodical entitlement reviews
• Streamline entitlements with our Beacon method and statistical analysis (most shared permissions, scarce permissions…)
• Perform comparisons on a sample population between theoretical and actual entitlements, in order to help modeling roles
• Quantify deviation from the documented controls (segregation of rights, authorization management policies …)
• Publish dashboards

Reports can have the following formats: HTML, CSV, PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Hyperlinks give the opportunity to intuitively browse from one report to another.
